Yunic Hospitality started with a simple idea — that Indonesian cuisine is one of the most layered, diverse, and generous food cultures in the world, and not enough people outside of Indonesia really know it yet.
Founded by Yuli, who grew up surrounded by the food traditions of the archipelago, and led in the kitchen by Executive Chef Nic, whose cooking career has taken him across Europe and Asia. Yunic brings these two worlds together in a way that feels honest and personal.
We are based in Bali and work across private dining, culinary events, pop-ups, chef collaborations, and consulting. Everything we do is built around one question: how do we share Indonesian food culture in a way that genuinely connects with people?

Yunic Hospitality was built by two people with very different backgrounds and one shared obsession — Indonesian food and what it can mean for the people who taste it.
Yuli grew up in Indonesia, surrounded by food that was cooked with care and eaten with family. She founded Yunic Hospitality to share that culture, not as a tourist version, but as it really is. She hosts every private dinner personally and makes sure every guest feels like they belong there.
Nic has cooked in kitchens across Europe and Asia. At Yunic, he works with Indonesian ingredients and flavour traditions, not to replicate traditional dishes, but to understand them deeply and cook from that place honestly. The result is food that tastes like Indonesia, with a technique that makes every element count.
